The study found that there is one type of amnesia that is used in the novel. It is anterogade amnesia. Anterogade amnesia has disabilities as impacts of amnesia. They are (1) can't hold into information (2) memory not as good as before or as good as that of others the same age (3) forget where she put items such as keys (4) has to make lists all the time (5) can't remember faces and names (6) forgets what she was about to say or do.
